JOHN C. STOKES













John C. Stokes, Senior Project Manager for Bozarth CM, is a registered professional engineer with twenty years of experience in facility design and development, engineering management and construction as a project manager for general contractors and owners. Mr. Stokes projects have included a wide range of construction activity: office buildings in both the public and private sector (including "base building" and "tenant" renovation projects), sewage treatment facilities, subway construction, hospital renovation, computer facilities, schools and barracks.

Mr. Stokes is experienced in all phases of project development from initial planning, design, budgeting and estimating through construction, "punchout" and management of the completed facility.

  • Washington, DC Government Incinerator #5
  • Washington Metro Area Sewage Treatment Facilities at "Blue Plains"
  • USAir Computer Facility

Mr. Stokes has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Administration and Environmental Engineering.

Although not a lawyer, he is extremely well versed in construction contractual matters. He has testified as an expert witness on construction and has participated in the formal arbitration of construction disputes.

Mr. Stokes is also a licensed Class A contractor.
