Michael W. Bozarth is currently President of Bozarth CM,
a construction management firm specializing in leading edge consulting
service for comprehensive management of the commercial construction
process from concept through design, construction and occupancy. Mr.
Bozarth has over twenty-two years of construction experience in all
facets of the industry including landlord representation, tenant representation,
general contracting and REO representation. Prior to founding Bozarth
CM, Michael was founder and past President & CEO of Engineered Development
Concepts, a construction management firm, for over 15 years.
Mr. Bozarth is the former President of Kern Engineered
Structures Inc., a full service construction company specializing in
commercial and industrial facilities with three California locations.
He is a licensed General Contractor in the state of California and has
successfully managed over one billion dollars in project value, over
fifty million square feet and has never missed a completion date or
exceeded a budget.
Mr. Bozarth majored in Business Administration at UCLA
and completed his undergraduate studies in Architecture at California
Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He completed postgraduate studies
in Hazardous Materials Management at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mr. Bozarth has been associated with a number of outstanding,
award winning construction projects including the historic restoration
of the Los Angeles Biltmore and Office Tower and the renovation of the
Mission Inn in Riverside, California. Other satisfied clients include,
