Michael Bozarth , President, brings twenty years of construction experience to the firm. He is the former President of Kern Engineered Structures, Inc., a full service construction company specializing in commercial and industrial facilities with three Northern California locations. Michael is also past president and CEO of Engineered Development Concepts, a construction management consulting firm, which he founded in 1982. He is a licensed General Contractor in the State of California and majored in Business at UCLA with undergraduate experience in Architecture at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Jim Dilettoso , Director of Technology   Mary S. Grbic , Vice President, has twelve years of experience in the commercial interior design field. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas, Mary has executed all aspects of design, from architectural feasibility studies, facility master planning, construction administration, post occupancy evaluation, coordination of architects, designers, consulting engineers and contractors; utilization and management of CADD operations, space planning, code compliance and systems planning and specification. Mary is a member of IIDA. Architectural and Design projects include commercial, institutional, health care, banking, retail and historic renovation. John Stokes , P.E., Senior Project Manager, is a registered professional engineer with twenty years of experience in facility design, development, engineering management and construction. He has extensive experience as a project manager representing general contractors and building owners.
